Shipping policy

Here are our estimated free shipping delivery times **unless stated otherwise** in the product description:

USA: 5­-8 business days
Canada: 6­-12 business days
World: 10­-20 business days

Most of our products are stored in multiple warehouses around the world for faster shipping; however, some products are sent from one location only. As such, these have longer estimated delivery times of up to 15-50 days, depending on your address, and are clearly labeled as such.

Your order will be placed in the processing queue and can no longer be canceled 1 hour after ordering.  Tracking numbers are provided as soon as possible but it can take up to 3-5 days after ordering to fully process, ship and update your order. Some custom printed or on-demand items maybe also require more time depending on stock level and availability. Please contact us prior to ordering if this should be an issue. 

The COVID Situation

The ongoing global nature of the COVID crisis has meant supply chains around the world are struggling to keep up with demand.

To process these increased volumes more efficiently, some carriers have elected to skip the scanning process at check points to speed up processing times. Often this results in in your item arriving before the tracking number has updated, please be patient it will arrive.

Due to the unprecedented nature of this crisis we take no responsibility for COVID related shipping delays and encourage you to order well in advance.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Should your package be undeliverable or returned to us by customs at your country, we will provide a refund minus a restocking and shipping fee of 50% of the original purchase price. 

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at making sure you quote your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

You are eligible for item replacement or refund if your purchase is lost in transit. For orders shipping to the US, an item is considered lost in transit if has not arrived within 8 weeks of being shipped and tracking information has not updated in 5 business days.

For orders shipping to countries other than the US, an item is considered lost in transit if it has not arrived within 10 weeks of being shipped and tracking information has not updated in 5 business days.

If you have entered your shipping address incorrectly, you are not eligible for a replacement or refund should your goods not arrive.

If your order tracking information indicates your goods as having been delivered, then you are not eligible for a refund or replacement due to your goods not being received.
